The defendant's motion was to dismiss the complaint on the grounds: (1) that the complaint does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action and (2) that the court does not have jurisdiction of the subject of the causes of action. The relief demanded is for a declaratory judgment that: (1) the plaintiff had a bona fide matrimonial domicile in the State of Florida when she instituted the action in that State for a decree of divorce...
