This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff in an action in ejectment, wherein it was decreed that: (1) plaintiff was entitled to immediate possession of the property leased by the plaintiff, as lessor, to defendants, as lessee, for a term of years starting December 10, 1948; (2) plaintiff was entitled to a forfeiture of the lease, and (3) plaintiff was entitled to recover from the defendants as damages for the use and occupation...
