This suit was filed by Cursey Ortego against Southern Industries Company for Workmen's Compensation for injuries sustained by petitioner while working as an employee of said company. The Lower Court awarded compensation payments at the rate of $30 per week for a period from August 3, 1953 through March 10, 1954. The defendant has taken this appeal.
