This is an appeal from a judgment for the respondents entered by the district court of the fourth judicial district, Missoula County. The cause was heard by the Honorable C.E. Comer, district judge, on appeal from an order of the Industrial Accident Board of the State of Montana, wherein the board ruled that the respondents, Fred and Hazel O'Bannon, were dependents within the meaning of the Workmen's Compensation Act, but were not entitled to compensation...
