This is an appeal from the affirmance by the District Court of the Order of the Referee in Bankruptcy denying a bankrupt his discharge on the ground that he had violated the provisions of Section 14, sub. c(4) of the Bankruptcy Act as amended,1 in that he had within twelve months preceding the filing of his bankruptcy petition transferred his automobile to his employer with the intent "to hinder, delay and defraud...
