Oliver sued Moore in Shelby County for damages for personal injuries received in an accident which occurred in Harris County. Moore filed his plea of privilege to be sued in Harris County, alleging that he was a resident of Harris County. Oliver filed his controverting plea, alleging that Moore was not an inhabitant or resident of the State of Texas...
