The plaintiff obtained a divorce from the defendant in the Superior Court of San Diego County on August 17, 1953. The interlocutory decree awarded the custody of the minor son of the parties to the plaintiff, subject to the right of the defendant to visit the child at reasonable times and to take said child with him for periods of reasonable visitation.
