In this automobile accident case before trial had actually begun plaintiffs filed a motion for issuance of a contempt citation against a group of insurance companies, the appellees herein. Those companies, otherwise unconnected with the named appeal suit, were responsible for a series of advertisements in Life Magazine and the Saturday Evening Post and a separate pamphlet that was given general distribution.
