This action was brought to recover actual and punitive damages for an alleged false arrest and imprisonment of the plaintiff.

The cause was submitted to the jury as to. defendants Lambert Schlueter, Lillian Hamilton (Davenport) and The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, and a verdict rendered against them in the sum of $3000 for actual, and $500 for punitive damages. Judgment was entered accordingly.
