Richard A. Strouhal and Opal Strouhal, husband and wife, instituted this action against Allied Development Company to reform a warranty deed conveying a small tract of land in Midwest City, Oklahoma. At the conclusion of the evidence adduced by plaintiffs, the court sustained a motion of the defendant for judgment in its favor upon the ground that the evidence failed to show that plaintiffs were entitled...
