Koos died testate on September 10, 1952. Mary A. Koos, the widow of the deceased, was designated in the will as executrix of the estate and trustee of the testamentary trust. On October 21, 1952, the will was admitted to probate in the county court of Kenosha county, and the widow was appointed as executrix of the estate, and qualified in such capacity.
