The plaintiff, Robert H. Hannon, and the defendant, Maureen Eisler, are the parents of the three children involved in this custody controversy. The parents were married in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in 1944, the father at the time being a resident of Texas and the mother then living in Manitoba. Following the marriage they resided in Texas. The mother secured a divorce from the father in Texarkana, Bowie county, Texas, in 1947. The custody of the children...
