Appellee recovered a judgment for $2,500.00 against one Harry Suddoth and Cuba Suddoth, his wife, as damages for alleged personal injuries sustained by appellee as a result of the alleged negligent operation by said Cuba Suddoth of a truck owned by said Harry Suddoth. An execution on said judgment proved fruitless.

The present action to enforce the collection of said judgment was brought by appellee against appellant as the insurer which issued...
