The child Patrick was brought to the home of Mrs. Ruth Finley at Clear Lake in Polk county when he was approximately six to ten months old and remained in her custody until on or about November 2, 1951, when removed therefrom at the time of the commencement of the instant proceedings, at which time Patrick was then eight years of age.
