This appeal involves the validity of a trust set up by the will of Ella C. Lemon, deceased. The testatrix died on October 31, 1950, and her will was admitted to probate on November 2, 1950. After a number of specific bequests, the testatrix left the residue of her estate to The National Bank of Commerce of Seattle, in trust for the Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital Association.
