This is a petitory action in which Israel Green seeks to be recognized as the owner of an undivided 1/22 interest in 420 acres of land in Caddo Parish and also to be recognized as the owner of a dwelling and other improvements placed on the land by him which he alleges have a value in excess of $5,000.
