This suit is between owners of neighboring properties located upon a hillside in Stockbridge. We are concerned with three parcels of land designated for the purposes of this case as "A," "B," and "C." Parcel "A," owned by the defendant, is the highest of the three. Parcel "B," owned by the plaintiffs, is on the opposite side of "Old Meeting House Road" and is substantially lower than "A," and parcel "C," also owned...
