Mrs. Jezowski sued the City of Reno for damages for operating its municipal dump ground as a nuisance, and further sought a judgment abating it. A jury found the dumping ground not to be a nuisance and plaintiff has appealed from the judgment entered thereon and from the court's refusal to vacate it.
