Charles R. Barnum and G. Kelton Steele commenced an action against Dan W. Conway and Sylvia J. Conway in which they sought a declaration of their rights under a certain logging and timber contract. The trial court found in favor of defendants and determined that plaintiffs had no right to the timber on defendants' land.
