Montgomery Ward and Company, incorporated, hereinafter referred to as Ward's, appeals from an adverse judgment in the sum of $327,000, entered in the municipal court of Chicago in a first-class suit in contract, predicated on a $1,000 injunction bond filed by Ward's in the superior court of Cook county in a proceeding initiated in 1943.
