Charles Vaughn filed a claim under the Workmen's Compensation Act for an alleged accidental injury suffered while in the employ of the Corn Products Refining Company. On hearing before the commission he was awarded $22.50 a week for 60 4/7 weeks, for temporary total incapacity for work, and an additional sum of $1668.76, representing the amount incurred by him...
