Plaintiff filed the bill in chancery seeking to enjoin defendants from tortiously interfering with plaintiff's contracts with wholesalers and retailers, to which contracts the defendants are not parties; from inducing breaches of plaintiff's said contracts and from conspiring and committing acts tending to restrain trade and to create a monopoly in the sale of plaintiff...
