These two actions were consolidated for trial. One action is for damages for wrongful death. The other action is for medical expenses, loss of wages of decedent, and damage to his automobile. Orders of nonsuit were made, based upon the opening statement of counsel for plaintiffs. Plaintiffs appeal from the orders.
