This is an appeal from a decree denying the relief prayed in plaintiffs' bill of complaint.

Pursuant to Code, 1951, Article 66B, the County Commissioners of Talbot County, (the Commissioners), on May 16, 1953, adopted a zoning ordinance, (the Zoning Ordinance).
