In November, 1945, Local 50 was certified by the Board as the exclusive bargaining representative of respondent's employees in an appropriate unit. Thereafter, respondent and that Union entered into a series of collective bargaining agreements, the last of which was executed in July 1950, and by its terms expired on May 15, 1951.
