HOLLISTER v. FIEDLER

17 N.J. 239 (1955)

111 A.2d 57

ROBINSON G. HOLLISTER, PLAINTIFF-RESPONDENT, AND JEAN HOLLISTER, DEFENDANT ON CROSS-CLAIM-RESPONDENT, v. THEODORE FIEDLER, EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM C. FIEDLER, DECEASED, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Decided January 17, 1955.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mr. Joseph Bigel argued the cause for appellant (Messrs. Bruck & Bigel, attorneys).

Mr. Harold D. Feuerstein argued the cause for respondent (Mr. Lester Sandles, attorney).
