His duties consisted of driving a milk truck, loading and delivering cases of milk, picking up empty cases from customers, cleaning the loading platform and acting as a handy-man. He seeks compensation for a permanent partial paralysis, the result of a cerebral hemorrhage which occurred on Monday, March 9...
