Appellant, Frank D. Burnett, while employed by Roberts Well Service, was injured when a member of the crew raised the mast of an oil well cleaning unit into an electric wire belonging to Rogers & Rutledge. This wire, approximately 25' above the ground at the point of contact with the mast, furnished electric power to operate a pumping unit on an oil well owned by appellees, Rogers & Rutledge.
