This suit was brought by the plaintiff against defendants Nora Breen and her surety company to recover $30,000 alleged to have been misappropriated by her while employed as plaintiff's bookkeeper. After a lengthy trial the jury returned a verdict for defendants. Plaintiff asks that the judgment be reversed on a number of grounds.
