This is an appeal by the defendant, Weissman, from a judgment of conviction under § 152 of the Penal Code, 18 U.S.C.A., in two counts: one, charging him with concealing the property of a corporation, the "Charlotte Textile Company" (which we shall call "Charlotte"), from its trustee in bankruptcy; and the other, for making a false oath in the bankruptcy proceeding of that company.
