This is a suit by the mother and five brothers and sisters of Ernest Blanchard, for mental pain and anguish caused the petitioners as a result of the alleged wanton mutilation of the corpse of Ernest Blanchard. The mother seeks damages in the sum of $4,000 and each of the brothers and sisters seek damages in the sum of $2,000.
