The appellant Addie G. Knight, the plaintiff below, brought this action against Loveman, Joseph & Loeb, Inc., the owner of a department store, to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained in November, 1951, as a proximate result of the negligence of defendant's servants in causing or allowing a garment rack to fall over on plaintiff.
