STRUM, Circuit Judge.

This is an action by a guest, in which her husband joins, against the driver of an automobile, to recover damages for personal injuries due to the alleged gross negligence of the driver.

At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' evidence, the trial judge directed a verdict for the defendant because the facts shown thereby would not support a finding of gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct...
