This was an action in which the plaintiffs sued for damages to an automobile allegedly resulting from the negligence of the defendants. One of the defendants filed a counterclaim against the plaintiffs for damages to his automobile allegedly caused by the negligence of the plaintiffs. The jury found for the defendants, and the plaintiffs except to the denial of their motion for a new trial.
