Defendants, owners of a ranch in Harding County, entered into a contract on March 20, 1951, with plaintiff Frank D. Craig wherein they agreed to sell the ranch for $68,000 of which $1,500 was paid at the time of the execution of the contract and the purchaser agreed to pay the further sum of $1,500 on or before September 1, 1951, and to apply on the remainder of the purchase price and interest onehalf the proceeds realized from the sale of crops raised...
