Plaintiff, Carroll W. Reed, instituted an action in assumpsit in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, against defendant, Esther Elizabeth Schwarz, for recovery of money alleged to be due on contract. An affidavit for an attachment was filed at the time of the commencement of the action. An order of attachment was issued and served by attachment of certain real estate of defendant.
