This is an appeal from an order dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus by a dentist drafted under the Doctors Draft Law as amended in 1953, who claims that he is held in the army in violation of law because, as he contends, the authorities have not complied with the conditions imposed by that act. Appellant is thirty-seven years of age and is not subject to military service under the general provisions of the Universal Military Training...
