This is an appeal from a final decree in chancery in favor of appellee, Effie S. Smith, on a petition which she filed in the circuit court for construction of the will of her deceased husband, Winfred L. Smith. As respondents, the petition named legatees and remaindermen under certain paragraphs of the will, and Jacob Levy, as fiduciary of the trust estate created under the will.
