This appeal is from a judgment in the court below in favor of three claimants for unemployment compensation. By agreement of counsel these cases were tried jointly and the appeals have been consolidated into one record.

The trial judge rendered an identical judgment in each case, the effect of which was that each of the claimants was disqualified to receive unemployment benefits from March 18, 1952 to June 2, 1952, but was not disqualified...
