This contest of a will was tried with a jury in the circuit court, as provided for in section 63, Title 61, Code. There was a verdict and judgment sustaining the contest and adjudging that the instrument propounded for probate by the plaintiff was not the last will and testament of Mary Green Primus, deceased.
