Elizabeth Hathaway and Alfred E. Hathaway, her husband, resided in Lake County, Florida. On April 1, 1950, they executed two warranty deeds conveying two separate parcels of property in Lake County to Mrs. Hathaway's brother and sister, Norman Marquette and Jessie Green. Contemporaneous with and as a part of the transaction, Norman Marquette and Jessie Green executed an instrument which recited the fact of the execution of the respective deeds to...
