Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

TURNER, Judge:

The respondent determined deficiencies in income tax against the petitioner for the calendar years 1942, 1943 and 1944 in the respective amounts of $2,226.05, $6,837.81 and $13,034.91, and 50 per cent additions to tax for such years in the amounts of $1,113.03, $3,418.91 and $6,517.45, for fraud with intent to evade tax.
