W.J. Wyatt owned 360 acres of land on which he and his wife lived. Wyatt was about 67 years old in 1940; his wife was 66. Prior to January 29, 1940, Wyatt had two deeds prepared, one in which the appellant, Mrs. McMillan, was grantee to 320 acres of his land, and one in which the appellee, Mrs. Gibson, was grantee to 40 acres.
