This is an appeal by a dependent widow from a judgment of the Hudson County Court, reversing a determination in her favor of the Workmen's Compensation Division of the Department of Labor. We granted certification on our own motion while the appeal was pending before the Appellate Division. It is what is commonly called a "heart" case.
