The appellant, Harold G. Furber, appeals from a judgment of conviction rendered by Carl E. Foster, a Justice of the Peace of the Town of Wolcott, on April 7, 1954, after a trial without a jury. Furber was charged with a violation of subdivision 1 of section 56 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
