This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sugarman, J., presiding) denying a motion of the defendant, Taylor, under the Habeas Corpus Act,1 to vacate his conviction by the same court for "transporting" in interstate commerce "falsely made" and "forged" "securities" "with unlawful or fraudulent intent."
