The plaintiff, a corporation, on August 28, 1952, brought this suit in equity against the defendants, who are husband and wife. On April 28, 1952, the parties had entered into an agreement under seal whereby the plaintiff agreed to buy and the defendants agreed to sell, for $21,000, a two family house in Malden.
