PER CURIAM.

Defendant Adolph Laumbach was charged by information with the offense of intoxication contrary to section 125.11, Code, 1954, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried by the court, found guilty and fined $25 and costs, in default of which he was ordered committed to the city jail for seven days. His appeal to us was submitted upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Accordingly the judgment is
