On April 24, 1950, Life Insurance Company of Georgia issued a policy of insurance on the life of Albert LaFayette Lawler. Mrs. Lillian L. Lawler, the insured's wife, was the beneficiary named therein. The policy lapsed for non-payment of premiums, and on November 24, 1951, Lawler applied in writing for its reinstatement.
