This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff and for property damage suffered by him as the result of a collision occurring at approximately 10:00 o'clock P.M., July 5, 1953, at the intersection of North Fourth and Desiard Streets in the City of Monroe, between his motorcycle operated by him and an automobile owned, driven and operated by the defendant, Frederick William Williams.
